Zach Stander is the Founder of Everpath Management. With a decade of experience in private equity and consulting, Zach is dedicated to partnering with business owners to build enduring value, with a primary focus on the business services sector.

Prior to founding Everpath, Zach was a Vice President at Prospect Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he led deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management activities. During his tenure, he worked closely with management teams to execute growth strategies, navigate operational challenges, and achieve superior investment outcomes. Prior to Prospect, Zach was a senior associate at Erie Street Growth Partners, a Chicago-based investment firm focused on majority buyouts of professional services businesses. He started his career in management consulting at PwC in Chicago where he spearheaded operational integrations and implementations for the portfolio companies of ultra high-net worth family offices.

Zach remains actively involved in the local business community. When he’s not working, Zach enjoys boating on Lake Michigan, running along the lakefront (he’s currently training for the Chicago Marathon), traveling with his wife, and playing with their 1-year-old golden retriever named Woody.

Zach holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, where he graduated summa cum laude.
